Lars Rasmussen: Everybody did the homework, the preparation can start

"The first week was far beyond my expectations.The girls were given a preparation program, which had to fulfilled during the break. With the help of polar watches and polar flow application we could follow everybody's trainings, so we could get a feedback about the physical statement of the players. Different tests, made in this week, reveal the fact that the team is in good shape and everybody has done the homework.These tests give a lots of help and feedback for me and my physical coach to create the training program player by player.I am very satisfied with the circumstances, the management of the club has done a great job lately, indeed everything is given to the coaches and players to do the best.During the team meeting, I told about my aims, philosophy and what I expect from them in the following season. The new coaching staff also got used to each other very quickly, everything getting well so far. Next week the trainings will start and there will be common workouts with Midtjylland, who is spending training camp in Siófok. The one of the most important thing to me the cohesion and unity come into existence in the next weeks." - said the head coach of SKC.
